About

I've been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 20 years. I strive to support individuals by guiding them toward their nutrition goals while making peace with food. I truly enjoy helping clients discover eating patterns that nourish their unique body and helps them to feel great. I exclusively use a non-diet and weight inclusive approach, using Intuitive Eating principles and mindful eating practices. I’m committed to forming relationships with clients and often describe my work as planting seeds for a sustainable and peaceful relationship with food and your body. I believe that by bringing mindful attention to eating and learning what nourishes your unique body, you can indeed feel great.

My practice specializes in Nutrition Counseling for:

  • Intuitive Eating/Non-diet Nutrition Therapy

  • Chronic Dieting/Body Image Concerns

  • Disordered Eating

  • Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes

  • Heart Health

  • Digestive Disorders including IBS, IBD and Celiac Disease

  • Other Health and Wellness Concerns

It may be helpful to ask the following questions:

  • What are my medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling benefits?

  • Does my plan only cover nutrition counseling for certain medical conditions?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • Do I need to obtain a referral or prior authorization before my visit?

  • How many nutrition counseling visits are covered?

Let's work together to cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and body so can feed yourself in a sustainable way for a lifetime.
